We’re so happy to welcome you back!
As of Tuesday 1st December, we are excited to announce we will be reopening our doors to welcome you back inside for consults. It has been a long and challenging year and we are incredibly thankful to our wonderful clients who have been so supportive during these difficult times. Due to the small size of our consult rooms there are still limitations on how many people we can have in the building, so please read the following steps carefully before attending your appointment.
1. Please call on arrival and wait in your car.
Due to the size of our waiting room you will still need to wait in your car until we are ready to see you.
2. Only one person may attend the consult at a time.
Our consult rooms are a cozy 6.25 square meters, in order to maintain social distancing requirements, we can only have one person attend at a time.
3. You may choose to remain in your car.
If you would still prefer to wait in your car, you can! Just let us know upon arrival and we will perform the consult inside and bring your pet back to you.
4. You will receive an SMS when we are ready for you.
• Wait for the SMS before entering.
• Enter through the front reception doors.
• Please sanitise your hands and then wait in the entryway for a temperature check before entering.
5. Remember to bring your mask
We ask that you please wear your mask inside
Can I come inside to pick up food, medication or other supplies?
Due to the small size of our waiting room we are only able to hold a couple of visitors at any one time. This means for the time being, supply pick-ups will remain as a call and collect system. Phone the clinic when you arrive and we will bring your supplies out to you.
What about surgery admissions?
Surgery admissions will continue to operate as carpark drop offs. Please call the clinic when you arrive and we will meet you outside to discuss your pet’s procedures.
What if I have my kids with me?
We ask that you remain in your car. We will perform the consult inside and return your pet to you.
What about dog grooming?
Grooming will continue to operate as carpark drop offs. Please call the clinic when you arrive and we will meet you outside and bring your pet through for their pampering session.
